In his powerful address at SXSW 2019, Burnett shifts his focus from music to the internet and mass communication, examining the balance between social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and the millions of people who use them daily. In the wake of our hyper connected world, Burnett asks, “Has the internet failed us?”
